Each item is produced after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and current demand. This is separate from shipping time.

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are indicative only — they are not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, and factors outside our control including customs processing.

Domestic (Australia): estimated 3–10 business days after dispatch. International: estimated 10–20 business days after dispatch. These estimates may vary.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Additional costs arising from an incorrect address are your responsibility.
